REFUND POLICY
Treasures & Spoils carefully inspects all of its products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our business, used candles cannot be returned, and no refunds of any kind will be issued. Treasures & Spoils is willing to replace or issue a store credit for an item if the item received is proven to be damaged and/or defective or the incorrect item is received.
For an item to be eligible for a replacement or store credit, Treasures & Spoils must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of damaged or defective item within 7 days of the date the item has been received.
All replacement/store credit request must be sent to info@treasuresandspoils.com.
SHIPPING POLICY
Items ship within 1-7 business days after your order is placed. Business days, do not include weekends or holidays. While most orders are ready to ship within seven business days, there may be delays due to higher than normal demand.
All items are shipped Priority Mail which is typically 1-3 business days.
Shipping notifications with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at this time.
